Rosalie Manansala brings more than 25 years of experience across Big 4 consulting, private equity real estate, and capital markets. She founded Innexa to help real estate investment firms access institutional quality finance, accounting, and operational support without the burden of building large internal teams.

Marie Gayo

Chief Operating Officer

Marie brings deep experience across investment banking, financial services, and real estate, with a focus on building scalable operating models, process infrastructure, and technology platforms. She has led complex multi-state operations with P&L ownership, including $3B+ in annual production at a Berkshire Hathaway operating company and $23B in annual transaction volume at Coldwell Banker Realty. Earlier, she held director-level roles at Credit Suisse, supporting global operations and launching a lending channel that reached $4B in annual production. Today, Marie advises founders, investors, and executives on M&A, diligence, valuation, capital raises, and operational turnarounds.

Steve Graham

Chief Financial Officer

Steve has 30+ years of executive finance experience across manufacturing, nutraceuticals, and food & beverage, with CFO/COO expertise in P&L, M&A, integrations, and operational improvements. He has led finance, accounting, treasury, IT, and HR across multi-site and international divisions, including both buy-side and sell-side transactions. Previously CFO at Del Real Foods, he improved inventory procedures and renegotiated bank covenants. Steve holds a BBS in Accounting, an MBA, and Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Anthony Pimentel

Chief Technology Officer

Anthony Pimentel is CTO of Innexa, where he leads technology and operations. With 20+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, he builds the secure, automation-first systems that underpin Innexa’s finance and accounting services. As a multifamily syndicator and capital raiser himself, he also understands the reporting needs of the CRE operators and investment firms Innexa serves

Hanna Claire Nanasca

Executive Assistant

Hanna is an operations and executive support professional with over nine years of experience in the travel industry, complemented by experience in digital operations and business support. She brings strong expertise in client service, coordination, scheduling, and end-to-end operational management, with a focus on creating efficient and organized processes. She plays a key role in translating leadership priorities into actionable plans and helping build the systems, processes, and operational structure that support Innexa’s continued growth.
